The Travel Agency Manager
drives and designs programs that offer effective interventions, training and tools to enhance AAA’s Travel sales performance and growth. Leads a team of sales coaches that provide the AAA sales staff with advice on communicating product, policy and sales information to improve effectiveness. Augments local management when needed. Provides a dotted line management of sales staff in order to improve the company’s ability to achieve performance and growth targets. Looks for opportunities to improve performance and provides appropriate interventions to improve sales.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
8 – 10 years in a management level or progressively responsible leadership position, to include broad knowledge of sales and/or retail operations, product management, and/or marketing required
At least 5 years of experience managing in a P&L environment of at least 15M required
Certification(s) and/or licensure(s) in Life insurance and P&C insurance required (not prerequisite)
