Job Description
Nutrilite, part of the Amway family of companies, is one of the world’s first and finest manufacturers of branded vitamins, minerals, food bars/drinks and nutritional supplements. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in partnership with Nutrilite is looking for a Bilingual Korean Tour Ambassador to conduct tours at their Buena Park, CA facility. Our tours are informational and motivational, and the tour ambassador must reflect that passion for our brand and message.
Provide an informative and motivating guest experience to visitors from around the world.
Build the Nutrilite/Amway reputation, image, awareness and credibility.
Represents the company to distributors, VIPs and the general public in a professional and informative manner by conducting educational tours.
Learns tour scripts and shares that information verbally with the public in English and Korean.
Schedule and/or coordinate daily walk-in and scheduled tours for small and large groups of guest.
Independently leads/guides groups of up to 30 people.
Develop and implement tour messages, scripts and displays.
Assist in planning, set up, and clean up of all tours and special events.
Assist the Front Desk, Gift Shop and Event Team.
Arrange and organize GMP attire for use during tours.
Conduct 2 ½ hour walking tour, often twice a day.
Perform other related duties as required.
Please note this is an 18 month temporary assignment with a high possibility of being hired permanently.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour.
Approximately 32 hours per week. Must have flexible availability as the department operates Monday – Saturday and there is a possibility of evening tours in the future.
Job Requirements
Eligible candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for the Bilingual Korean Tour Ambassador position:
Strong Korean and English language skills.
Experience in public speaking/strong communication skills.
Experience or practical knowledge of health and wellness.
Demonstrate an ability to communicate with and work well in a team environment.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree preferred, but not required.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
