Position Summary Information
Full-time position to provide specialized travel services to university faculty, staff, students and guests. Responsibilities include securing accommodations at local hotels and coordinating payment of hotel invoices; issuing travel advances and maintaining database of outstanding receivables; evaluating travel reimbursements and payment vouchers; reconciliation of Travel Services credit card statement; and use of university online booking tool to procure air/hotel/car arrangements.
High school diploma or
with minimum of two years in a professional office environment required. Accounting or travel industry experience preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software required. Established interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with demonstrated commitment to customer service required. Strong attention to detail required.
