One of PSG’s longstanding clients, a veteran leader in the internet travel industry is actively searching for a knowledgeable and qualified customer service representative. This position offers plenty of opportunity for growth within the company as well as training and development for the right candidate. Our client is looking to fill this full time position immediately as it was recently vacated by a previous candidate being promoted from the role. This is a perfect position for a recent college graduate with experience traveling abroad.
Daily responsibilities would include working directly with clients looking to travel both domestically and abroad. A large portion of the job will focus on data entry, scheduling and keeping track of varied itineraries. The candidate would also be responsible for filing, faxing and mailing documents to clients in a timely and efficient manner. Candidate must have at least 6 months to two years of customer service and phone experience in an office setting as well as access to a car on a daily basis. Must be available to start as soon as possible.
