The Reservations Manager is responsible for selecting, training, and scheduling reservations staff. The Reservations Manager completes all necessary reservation confirmations, payroll records, labor, occupancy, and revenue forecasts. The Reservations manager also controls room and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines, and works closely with both the Sales Department and Front Office Manager.
We are looking for individuals who have solid selling and interpersonal skills, commitment to customer service, the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and who demonstrate the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals.
Applicants are required to have at least two years previous experience in the Rooms Division, college degree or equivalent, and a working knowledge of Opera, Trust, IdeaS, Open Table for restaurant reservations and some knowledge of Delphi. A solid knowledge of Excel is preferred.
