Job Roles / Responsibilities:
· 6-8 years BA experience which should include 3-4 years’ experience as BA in Travel Industry (Travel/GDS/Airline Industry experience
· Very strong BA Experience in Requirements Gathering using Use Cases and knowledge of SDLC model.
· High level knowledge on XML schema and technical acumen.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships in the product and technical teams.
· Inquisitive with self-sufficient research skills; excellent attention to detail.
· Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate and build consensus.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have skills:-
· Experience with Requirements management tools like JIRA, HPRM etc.
· Knowledge on Agile Methodology and User stories.
· Knowledge of defect tracking and working with QA team.
