Service inbound calls from customers inquiring about rental rates and availability, providing information and booking reservations using a moderately complex computer system.
Service a large volume of inbound calls daily, providing exceptional customer service.
Process owner payment transactions and book rental reservations.
Accurately input payment and reservation data into a moderately complex computer system.
Requires exceptional listening and communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Requires ability to access, read and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
Requires ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key calculator.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to prioritize.
High School diploma or GED
1 - 3 years customer service experience required
