Job Description: The Reservations Supervisor is responsible to manage the daily activities of the Reservations department to increase group and corporate sales while supporting and supervising the Reservations department.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

. Supervise the operations of Reservations.

. Assist the Housing Manager & Front Office staff with AA Students (housing and transportation)

. Maintain and follow all operating and quality standards established for the Reservations Department.

. Track house count, arrivals, departures, room status, and overall room availability status on a daily basis for proper documentation/history.

. Review all group bookings, contracts, operations, billing plans, and housing lists.

. Assist with and maintain communication with Conference Planning and Sales and Marketing staff.

. Assist with developing packages and breakdowns.

. Prepare sales forecasts and other reports.

. Attend property meetings as required.

. Generate sales through constant contact with travel agents, corporate clients, and prospected leisure guests.
