Job Description: The Reservations Agent is responsible to accurately input individual and group reservations into the property management system while tracking occupancy statistics and current in-house status to facilitate maximum occupancy.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

. Answer department telephones; assist callers with lodging reservations.

. Perform data entry, including entering group blocks of sleeping rooms and group rooming lists into the computer.

. Input and ensure accuracy of package breakdowns.

. Prepare group account list.

. Post and track advance deposits.

. Maintain travel agent file.

. Calculate no-show rooms revenue.

. Provide information regarding guests and groups to Front Office associates.

. Perform general office duties including typing, data entry, filing, and answering telephones.

. Provide support to operator, front desk, and bellstaff as needed and directed.
