The Boeing Company has made a new offer to the union on Friday! The union to this company represents 23,000 employees. This same offer came the day that their new jet called the Dreamliner had a lot of mechanical and electrical issues. This offer would give a 4 percent raise to all technicians in each of their remaining years of the contract! This offer left their healthcare and retirement unchanged though. The company hopes that this new offer will keep the union from authorizing a strike. Although Boeing Company will still undergo strike training to prepare!
