ACI Worldwide acquires Online Resources In an all-cash deal amounting to $126.6 million. ACI Worldwide is slated to buy Online Resources, in order to strengthen their business in the online banking and bill payment area. With this acquisition, ACI Worldwide plans to widen their customer base with an addition 1,000 banks. The deal is supported by a fresh term loan of $300million.
