Ex-banker Chan Ming Fon accused of fraud. An ex-banker, Chan Ming Fon from Singapore, was accused of helping an Olympus Corp engineer from Japan amounting to $1.7 billion. He was recently granted bail by a US judge with a penalty of $5 million. According to the conditions of the bail, he is to live in New York under constant electronic vigil.
