Our client in the North Fort Worth area by Texas Motor Speedways is seeking a Travel Coordinator for a contract-to-hire assignment to begin immediately. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working longer hours, and the occasional Saturday without conflict. If your resume and experience align with the position, and you feel you can adhere to the schedule, we strongly encourage you to apply immediately for consideration. *Please note, this is a Travel Coordinator/Administrative role.* *Please note the ideal max entry level pay is $17.00/hr.* *Please note the schedule is from 9:00a-5:00p daily, but the ideal candidate will be comfortable staying until 6:00p or later daily to complete their work.* *Please note, the occasional Saturday is more than probable. The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate this frequency.* *Please note this position is seeking someone very open to overtime pay!* *Please note, an administrative background is best desired. Anything with travel coordination is a major plus.*

Job Requirements

Travel Coordinator/Administrative Assistant • Work directly with all members of company including: o C Level Suite o Accounting/Finance Department o Sales Representatives o Other internals as addressed • Work in Concur (Travel and Expense) and Microsoft Word/Excel* • Receipt reconciliations • Coordinate all travel and hotel bookings • Strong CSR mindset to assist all members of company • Have a work until the job is done! mentality • Will be asked to work longer hours • Will be provided company cell phone and laptop to work from home as needed to assist members of company • Must present as very professional and appropriate demeanor at all times as Senior Management will make announced and unannounced visits • Other administrative duties as assigned
