The position is most suited for an individual who can handle multiple tasks and work quickly and effectively to organize data and meet deadlines. Maintains multiple Outlook calendars and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties. Coordinates large and small meeting Coordinates travel arrangements and expense report processing. Coordinates store supply ordering on an as needed basis. Translates and transfers information provided into a variety of documents including memos, letters, reports and presentations. Composes and edits correspondence, reports and other complex documents. Providestechnical writing support and assistance as requested.
