Job Title: Ticketing Coordinator
Location: Salt Lake City, UT, USA
Live Nation is seeking a qualified individual for a Ticketing Coordinator position. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with management personnel, vendors, and clients of all levels, an ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure, and ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ticketing software. The ability to communicate with respect and diplomacy across all levels of business is essential to this position.
Position will be based at the Live Nation Salt Lake City office with shared responsibilities for Blues at The Depot, USANA Amphitheatre and other 3rd party venues within the scope of generally accepted procedures and practices.
Under the direction of the Director of Ticketing build and maintain all events for Blues at The Depot
Assist Director of Ticketing with building and maintaining events for Live Nation Salt Lake City 3rd party venue shows as needed
Print all media, sponsor, PSS and comp tickets as needed for USANA Amphitheatre, Blues at The Depot and 3rd party venues
Communicate regularly with promoters, Datatix staff, Live Nation Ticketing staff, and affiliated parties
Assist Clients, Datatix Rep and Live Nation Reps with event programming, ticket holds, ticket accounts and other ticket details
Communicate regularly and assist internal departments and external event personnel with any ticketing needs and concerns
Attend all relevant meetings, functions and discussions
Assist with monitoring of ticket sales and maintenance of ticketing system
Receive and maintain ticket requests and process invoices to completion
Work with promotions department, production department, talent buyer, labels, artist management and/or touring office to set-up events, place holds, process orders and release tickets in a timely fashion
All duties as assigned by management
Box office experience preferred
Knowledge of ticketing software desired
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours including evening, weekend and holiday hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize, organize, motivate, problem solve, follow-up, and communicate
Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
