FROSCH has a high profile opportunity for a full-time Branch Manager to oversee our co-headquarter office in Houston. This is one of our largest producing offices and one of the most visible positions within our organization. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the both leisure and corporate business. This position will not only implement strategies that increase productivity and enable sales but will oversee the staff and financial management of the branch. What FROSCH Offers You: Opportunity to make a difference in a growing global company Strong collaborative environment Medical, Dental and Vision plus 17 supplemental benefits IATA and LifeMart Benefits TransitChek Gym Reimbursement Continued Industry Training Employee Recognition Program Jo b Details: Propose strategies for the business development of their branch office to include employee and Independent Travel Consultant (IC) recruitment and retention Help to promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets Vendor relationship management, includes liaising with travel partners to manage bookings, schedules and promotions Motivate staff and support IC\u2019s to meet targets, thus ensuring the profitability of the office and therefore the company Establishing reward and recognition programs to recognize key performance \/ productivity indicators and the measurement and maintenance of such Establish performance management system for leisure division and evaluate individuals based on metrics established Improving revenues on peripheral areas such as insurance, services fees, etc. Reviewing all Houston office processes to increase productivity Provide creative solutions in client service and handle escalated customer issues Maintain the financial account details and other budgetary reports of the branch office Meet regularly with branch office staff to give them sales productivity and target figures and plan how they approach their work Analyze reports for trending and growth of the branch, and if needed, employing better work strategies to improve the business aspect of the branch Mentor staff to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction and development of the agency Embody FROSCH Core Values at all times: Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Communication, Commitment and Delivering the Unexpected. Requirements\/Qualifications: Travel Industry Background \/ Previous branch manager or owner experience preferred. Strong hands on managerial abilities with ability to be both strategic and confident and proactive with hands on approach to fulfilling responsibilities Strong written and communication skills Knowledge of financial and business strategies. Very computer friendly, with travel industry specific software preferred. Analytic, organization and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Aspiration to grow the branch office and passion for the travel and tourism area. Ability to coordinate and motivate people Ability to easily collaborate within a team environment and work autonomously Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor\u2019s degree in travelling related area or any other subject with interest in business and financial concepts. Previous work experience in any travel related industry is an added advantage.
