We’re looking for a passionate Tour Coordinator who can guide our buyers through the home touring process. You will be communicating with clients and coordinating tours for our buyers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate and assisting customers.
What you’ll own:
Respond to requests for home tours via phone and email.
Schedule and coordinate home tours with Knock customers.
Explain the Knock process with enthusiasm to every client.
Follow-up with customers who are touring homes for feedback, questions and concerns.
Skills and experience you have:
Passionate: youre excited to change the industry for the better and you come to work every day ready to go.
Customer-focused: you have at least a year of customer service related experience and are passionate about creating a great customer experience.
Tech savvy: you are able to use and adapt to new technology quickly.
Ethical: you live by our values already, and always do the right thing.
Intelligent: you are articulate and can communicate clearly.
Adaptable to new situations, love dynamic change and think on your feet.
You are a team player and have a natural ability to collaborate well with others within your team and across the organization at large.
You are highly organized and have an exceptional attention to detail.
You possess outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time.
