Group Travel Coordinator (Virtual - East Coast)
FROSCH has a terrific opportunity for a Dedicated Group Travel Coordinator to join our Account Management team. In this position you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for a high profile FROSCH client and their meeting and events team. If you are one to always strive for excellence and understand the importance of exceeding a client’s expectation this is an opportunity for you. A background in group travel is highly preferred.
Dedicated point of contact for client meeting planning team, FROSCH internal departments and agent teams to efficiently process group and meetings travel.
Create reference/training material for agent teams to ensure understanding and compliance with client policies and objectives
Integrate client 3rd party professional speaker programs into established travel program
Process daily reports and assist with routine requests for invoices and accounting information
Assemble and understand client data reports to effectively communicate and manage distribution of information
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, process requests and assume Account Manager Duties as needed
Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
Be responsive to internal and external client needs with excellent communication and follow up

Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce administrative experience is a plus
Experience with Concur or meeting management platforms preferred
Previous experience as a corporate travel consultant or with group travel will be considered a plus
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite must have strong understanding of Excel
Exemplary communication skills both in writing and public presentations.
Deadline oriented with ability to multi-task, pro-actively resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
Possess strong commitment to team environment, collaborating with others to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
