The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Account Manager works with sales, customer service departments, and account executives to ensure that operations are running smoothly, clients are satisfied and funds are being spent properly. As account manager, you will create budgets, forecasts, and schedules to make sure that products and projects are ready on time and running correctly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees distribution and/or collection of daily and monthly operating reports and summaries
Ensures maintenance of project accounts and preparation of monthly invoices,
Acts as liaison between **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and the client.
Has the authority to act independently on behalf of the Contract.
Develops and implements program and department policies, goals and objectives
Responsible for budget forecasting and maintains maximum program services and purchasing within the limitation of budgetary constraints
Evaluates operations and makes changes or improvements where necessary
Assures compliance with data gathering and service standards contained in all contracts
Provides for quality assurance of program performance
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

3-5 years’ experience in customer service or managing corporate account
