Works under the general direction of the Director of Campus and Community Events and is responsible for all aspects of the UAFS Box Office ticketing. The position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Campus and Community Events.
Summary of Job Duties
Manage all aspects of ticketing and the ticketing system.
Train and supervise student assistants on ticketing system.
Balance cash/receipt drawer.
Maintain daily reports/generate reports for national touring companies.
Maintain and manage budgets.
Responsible for all account receivable and invoicing for CACE Season of Entertainment and the Miss UAFS Pageant.
Create and track requisition and purchase orders.
Assist CACE Director with marketing and other assignments.
Assist with overall operations of the facility by answering phones, providing direction, and preparing communications.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and two years of related office and/or customer service experience. Previous ticketing system experience is a plus.

Special Job Dimensions
Work performed on and off campus at various venues. Occasional travel required. Flexibility in adjusting work priorities and able to work a flex schedule is a must. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly exhibits digital dexterity when entering data into computer. Required abilities include walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods. Visual demands include close, relatively detailed vision when focusing on a computer screen. Employee regularly talks and hears. The ability to do some occasional manual labor including lifting 40+ pounds.
Work schedule is based on 40 hours per week and varies according to duties. Extended hours, including working nights and weekends, occasionally required.
