We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Sales Manager who wants to work for a good company, make a great salary and enjoy a real and achievable bonus plan. Salary $65,000 - $80,000 Bonus Structure is based on realized BT business verse goals. You determine what your final year end salary will be after bonuses but there is no limit on bonus amounts earned!!

The ideal candidate should be well networked with a proven track record in sales quota attainment. They should have demonstrated success in generating revenue results at the hotel level; they should possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal); they should be able to plan and organize sales activities with the support of the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The Business Trave Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting, networking, on-site tours, closing business and achieving customer satisfaction at the buyer level. The responsibilities will include: prospecting from Hoteligence 360 & Property Management System OPERA, sales calls, contracting, proposal management, site tours, generation of reports for tracking sales, developing new accounts, usage of business intelligence tools to prospect as well as to undertake ad-hoc sales projects.

The candidate should:

Be able to negotiate profitable sales for the hotel from companies, associations and third parties.

Be open to learn and follow the Radisson team sales systems, goals and strategies.

Engage in Cross-Selling efforts with other properties in our ownership, cold calls when needed and tracked on a weekly basis, site visits, and attend important business networking events.

Report progress on a daily basis.

Use the internal resources at his/her disposal including business intelligence on the market.

Follow up on all account planning (animate accounts), conduct competitor analysis.

Solicit new business by expanding account base; identifying and developing new markets; creating and executing innovative plans and actions for assigned market segments.

Develop and continually enhance relationships with key corporate, business and travel industry accounts to maintain and increase our market share

Participate at applicable trade shows, community and professional organizations in order to maintain high visibility and presence among the Corporate Travel Management (buyer) community



At least 4 years FULL SERVICE Hotel Sales Experience in Hotels 200 rooms

Four-year degree or equivalent
