Wisconsin Protests Continue; Governor Says Layoffs Another Option

As protests continue in Wisconsin over proposed legislation to strip state employees of collective bargaining rights, Governor Scott Walker told Fox News that the alternative is as many as 12,000 layoffs.
Large scale protests continue in Wisconsin, with counter protests driven by the Tea Party Patriots have begun causing tension in the capitol. Republicans control enough votes to pass the controversial measure and Democrat legislators have fled the state in a move to block quorum and prevent passage of the bill.
