More Training Needed for US Workers

General Electric CEO Jeff Immelt has stated that training Americans for much needed jobs, particularly in construction, is government priority. Immelt calls for the private sector to communicate and partner with community colleges, along with vocational schools. Also, President Obama met on Monday with his jobs council to discuss their ideas for job creation following a disappointing May Jobs report.
