The metropolitan cities show a down slide of jobs this summer. Manpower group surveyed about eighteen thousand people along hundred metropolitan cities to find out which firm is trying to increase the vacancies. Twenty percent of the surveyed employers anticipate an increase in staffing levels in their second quarter hiring plans, while 8% expect a decrease in payrolls. Forbes used the data to classify the Best and Worst Cities for summer jobs list.
