Pay cuts to prevent layoffs in NACS

A decrease in state funding has prompted the Northwest Allen County Schools (NACS) to reduce the pay of their members of the classified staff by 3% and certainly it has nothing to do with their performances according to Mr.Paul Sloffer, a board member of the district.
