With the job market improving, the three questions that job-seekers have are: “Who is hiring? What are my chances of finding a job? Where should I be looking?” And what we found was that 47% of employers are hiring skilled workers, 15% are hiring part-time, 12% are hiring contract workers, and 26% plan to add full-time employees in the third quarter of 2011. Hot areas are information technology, customer service and communications, with the South expecting the most hiring. We are looking forward to a great second half in 2011 with plenty of happy job-seekers.
