European Central Bank buying bonds after first declining to buy them

The European Central Bank (ECB) is playing a major role in European markets thereby trying to fight inflation to a considerable level. Jean-Claude Trichet, the president of ECB announced on last Thursday that the bank will buy government bonds and the markets stronger went stronger.
