Ineffective public transport in 10 cities in America is deciding where people can work and what they can do. It is not necessary that the metropolitan areas with near to the ground job access are at a far distance from transit. Poor access to jobs increases the odds of poverty in it. Therefore it is expected that locales with low job access have elevated rates of people with low incomes.
