Job growth has become stagnant for the manufacturing and service sector in September 2011 and is falling behind the recorded rate for September 2010. the manufacturing and service sector is likely to experience a moderate decline in the job creation. 2.1-point increase in the number of vacancies from August 2010 has been reported.
