Layoffs are coming to the industries private and public sector across the country, and schools are no exception. Corinthian Colleges Inc is planning on laying off 325 people. The company owns for-profit colleges across the country and currently has about 16,600 employees. The cuts are coming because of “a decline in student enrollment”, according to Kent Jenkins, a spokesman for the company.
