Onshore Technology to Create 100 Jobs

Onshore Technology Services plans to add an additional 100 technology jobs this year.

The firm, which is located in Macon, Missouri, about 180 miles from St. Louis, trains Missouri’s rural workforce in advanced technology professions to offer “rural outsourcing” as an alternative to offshore outsourcing.

President and CEO Shane Mayes founded Onshore in 2005.

Onshore has established rural technology centers in Macon, Joplin and Lebanon, Missouri.
