Aurora, Illinois-based Successories, which publishes those banal motivational posters you see on the office walls of firms that didn’t bother to hire an interior designer, has laid off 73 workers.

The company cites economic conditions and lost of major contracts for the layoffs.

The firm was founded in 1985.
