Investors are beginning to shut down way before the end of the year because of the blocks in negotiations in Washington over the expiring tax laws that are to automatically kick in on January 1. However, the global economy does not seem to be affected by the US fiscal cliff just yet. Furthermore, home sales in the US seems to be on its way to recovery.
