EXTREME CITED “DELAYS IN CUSTOMER EXPENDITURES IN EMEA AND THE U.S.” AND SAID ITS LOSS WOULD STEM FROM BOTH THE REVENUE SHORTFALL AND EXPECTED RESTRUCTURING CHARGES.
