Former Gov. David Paterson – Falling Victim to Radio Station Layoffs

Former N.Y. State Governor David Paterson has been given the axe from his hosting position at WOR News Talk Radio. Sean Darcy, the Governor’s spokesperson, reported that Mr. Paterson has been exploring various options, in and outside of the media; and that he had greatly enjoyed his time hosting his daily radio program. Mr. Paterson is legally blind, and he explained that the radio seemed like a natural way for him to reach out, saying, “I don’t know a blind person that didn’t know all the radio stations.”
