Affiliated Computer Hiring for NC Call Center

Dallas, Texas-based Affiliated Computer Services is hiring 240 customer service representatives for its Raleigh, North Carolina call center, to provide technical support for Apple’s iPhone.The Raleigh hires are part of a plan to hire 600 people at three US locations.
The iPhone is an Apple product, with phone service delivered through AT&T.
ACS currently employs 650 in Durham, Cary and Raleigh, part of a North Carolina work force of 3,100.
The company has 74,000 employees worldwide, with 33,000 customer-service representatives in 115 locations.
