DHL Sending Ohio Jobs to Kentucky

DHL Express will relocate its US hub from Wilmington, Ohio to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. At least half of the hub’s 3,500 remaining workers will be laid off.

One year ago, the DHL hub at Wilmington Air Park employed 8,000.

DHL is returning to the Kentucky facility it left for Ohio in 2005.

DHL now has 200 employees in northern Kentucky, and will add 180 full-time positions and 650 part-time jobs.
