South Carolina May Get 300 Jobs in Secret Deal

An unidentified “North Carolina industrialist” may purchase a factory in Bennettsville, South Carolina, to manufacture heavy-equipment hauling trailers.The deal would create up to 300 new jobs over the next five years. The first jobs may begin this Summer.
Bennettsville is a city in, and the county seat, of Marlboro County, South Carolina. The population was 9,425 at the 2000 census.
