Ohio Vocational School to Cut Jobs

Hamilton, Ohio’s Butler Tech vocational school will cut at least 33 teaching, support and administrative positions; and at least eight will be laid off. Certain educational programs will also be shut down.

The school has lost more than a million dollars from cut from the state budget.

Founded in 1975, Butler Tech now operates over 190 satellite programs in ten associate school districts.
