With ever-emerging Aerospace markets appearing globally, Ethiopian Airlines is now reportedly interested in purchasing 10 Boeing 777X aircraft. Ethiopian Airlines is in initial discussions with the world’s number 1 commercial planemaker, Boeing, that could lead to a purchase of 10 of the United States’ company’s latest aircraft model, the 777X as reported by Ethiopian Airline’s chief executive of operations.
The chief operating executive, Tewolde Gebremariam, told Reuters: “When the 777X comes, as soon as we can get the (production) slots we will be there. We are discussing with Boeing for about 10 777X.” The deal, if it is approved and goes through, will be worth a potentially $3.8 billion at the craft’s current listing price.
The chief executive of operations, Gebremariam, went on to report that the airline he represents wishes to lease up to three more Boeing 787 Dreamliners and would potentially order even more planes straight from the United States’ airline company Boeing if they were available for purchase. The Ethiopian based airline company recently revived and repaired a Dreamliner to be suitable for service after a fire that occurred on the aircraft last year.
What I liked about the service is that it had such a comprehensive collection of jobs! I was using a number of sites previously and this took up so much time, but in joining EmploymentCrossing, I was able to stop going from site to site and was able to find everything I needed on EmploymentCrossing.
