Parkdale America Cuts 81 Jobs | TravelingCrossing

Gastonia, North Carolina’s Parkdale America is closing its Sanford textile plant, eliminating 81 jobs.

The company operates 24 other plants in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Mexico and Colombia.

Parkdale Mills manufactures spun yarns for weaving, knitting and hosiery manufacture, from cotton, polyester and blends.
