EADS North America to Hire 75 to Defend US Against Cyber Attacks

EADS North America will hire up to 75 people in San Antonio, Texas, as the Air Force has chosen the city as the new location of its cyber attack defense facility.The firm will double the workforce of its Alamo City facility over the next year.
The new cyber center, the 24th Air Force command, will be located at Lackland Air Force Base. The NSA has an area facility devoted to launching, rather than protecting from, cyber attacks.
EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions is based in San Antonio, and was founded in 1997 as a subsidiary of Washington, DC’s EADS North America, one of the largest aerospace and defense companies in the world.
