Baldor Electric to Create 25 North Carolina Jobs

The state of North Carolina is awarding $75,000 in incentives to Arkansas’ Baldor Electric, to create 25 jobs in Marion.

The jobs will have an average annual wage of $34,000. Baldor currently employs 100 in Marion.

Fort Smith, Arkansas-based Baldor Electric Company markets, designs, and manufactures industrial electric motors, mechanical power transmission products, drives, and generators. It was founded in 1920 in St. Louis, Missouri.
