Farouk Systems to Open New Plant, Employ 5,000

Farouk Systems will open a new plant in Houston, Texas, bringing up to 5,000 jobs to the city over four years.The firm is bringing production (and jobs) back to the US from China and Korea.
The company will hold a job fair on July 30th.
Houston-based Farouk Systems employs 2,000, and exports its line of hair and skin care products under the BioSilk, SunGlitz and Cationic Hydration Interlink brands to over 50 countries worldwide.
