Hawker Beechcraft Outsourcing 300 Kansas Jobs

Hawker Beechcraft will outsource its logistics center jobs, affecting 300 employees over the next 18 months.The cuts target stockroom, trucking and material-handling personnel.
The firings are part of 2,300 jobs to be eliminated, as announced in February.
Hawker Beechcraft Corporation is a aerospace manufacturing company that builds the Beechcraft and Hawker business jet lines of aircraft. The company headquarters is in Wichita, Kansas, with maintenance and manufacturing locations worldwide.
