Clarcor Eliminating Jobs in Illinois & Kentucky

Clarcor will layoff 150 workers at its Rockford, Illinois plant, and an undisclosed number at its Campbellsville, Kentucky facility.Second-quarter earnings were down 32% from Q2 2008. But the firm intends to reverse the trend with new products in 2010 and 2011.
Franklin, Tennessee’s Clarcor is a distributor of industrial, mobile and consumer filter products and services.
