GE Moving 400 Jobs from China to Kentucky

General Electric is bringing 400 jobs from China to its Appliance Park in Louisville, Kentucky. The Appliance Park facility will being producing GE’s newest line of smart washers and dryers. Earlier this year GE added 400 jobs in the same location to build new energy efficient water heaters. The washing machines will go into production in the third quarter of 2012 and the dryers will follow one year later.
