Husqvarna Bringing 160 Jobs to North Carolina

Husqvarna, a manufacturer of outdoor power equipment, is moving its headquarters to Charlotte, North Carolina, in a $2.75 million expansion project that will bring 160 jobs to the state. The new jobs will pay an average of $79,000 not including benefits, well above the $48, 776 county average. Husqvarna is a spin off company of Electrolux, who also recently announced plans to move its North American headquarters to Charlotte.
