ACS Call Center to Hire 225 | TravelingCrossing

Affiliated Computer Services announced on Monday that it will hire 225 people to work at its call center in Salt Lake City. Affiliated Computer Services is based in Dallas, Texas. The company currently employs 425 at the Salt Lake City location. ACS is looking to hire and train English speaking and bilingual agents, supervisors and managers. Training classes start weekly. Most positions will handle inbound phone calls answering general questions and questions about billing and troubleshooting. ACS has not disclosed any hourly wages but states that the wage is well above the minimum and a benefits package is also included.

ACS was founded as a bank data processing company in 1988. It employs 78,000 people worldwide, including 34,000 agents at 150 call centers.
