Time Warner Creates 170 New Jobs

Time Warner Cable announced that they will create 170 new full and part time jobs at their Regional Outbound Center in Albany, New York. The Regional Outbound Center employs 155 people right now. Time Warner will hire outbound sales agents, supervisors and support personnel who will focus on providing enhanced customer service. Agents and support personnel will follow up on appointments, sell products and perform customer outreach. 50 of the positions are full time and 120 are part time. The company hopes to fill all open positions by June of this year. Time Warner will provide extensive training and development opportunities for new employees.
